Exhibitors Packages & Promotions

Coming to the LA Epicurean Festival is more than showcasing your fine food and beverage products to both the trade and public. It’s about making connections with fellow foodies and helping others discover quality. That’s why we are dedicated to making your products shine at each festival.

Exhibitor Space

Each company wishing to exhibit at the LA Epicurean Festival will need to reserve a booth and indicate their requirements on site during the signup process.

  • Booths – $500 (includes all three segments and 2 all-day passes)
  • Additional Passes – $40 for each segment or $100 for an all-day pass
  • Promo Video (Optional) – $100 for a 3 minute promotional video professionally shot and edited highlighting your company

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Pass – $195.00

Non –Exhibiting Suppliers are welcome to walk the show floor but require a pass. Out of respect for our partners, vendors and attendees, show management reserves the right to remove any non-exhibiting supplier reported to be conducting business on the show floor. Solicitation includes distribution of literature, brochures and catalogs and will result in immediate removal. No refunds will be provided.

Advertising & Promotions

The LA Epicurean Festival is unique in that it allows you to promote your products to the trade, but also build awareness with the public. To help you in building up your brand amongst foodies in LA, we provide a strong marketing and promotions program that will help boost your visibility.

Trade Promotions

  • No entrance fee for pre-approved trade attendees, so more incentive to stop by
  • Send out press releases to all food and wine trade publications
  • Publicize the event through our social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • we will be printing 20,000 invitations to give to your customers
  • We will design an e-vite which you can fax or email to your customers
  • Exhibitors will be posted on our website at www.laepicureanfestival.com for cross promotion please link us to your website
  • The attendee database will be available to all participating exhibitors for follow up, we will scan in all the business cards and update our records
  • Passport to Savings; each attendee has to visit each booth for a stamp in order to enter the big drawing.

Public Promotions

  • Publicize your products to an extensive list of high level food and wine connoisseurs
  • We will be sending out press releases to all food and wine publications
  • Gain visibility through our social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Social Selling: earn $20 per ticket sold through your social networks: we will send you a link for you to post and send you a check of your sales at the end of the festival.
  • We are printing 20,000 invitations to be distributed through our partner restaurants, wine shops, cooking stores and culinary schools.
  • Design an e-vite which you can fax or email to your customers
  • Exhibitors will be posted on our specially designed website: www.laepicureanfestival.com; for cross promotion please link us to your website
  • Your company may choose to sponsor a food demonstration for added product & brand visibility; we’d love to put you in contact with a Chef who’s already using your product
  • We will be sending out press releases to all food and wine publications
  • We are printing 20,000 invitations to be distributed through our restaurants, wine shops, cooking stores and culinary schools.
  • Passport to Savings; each attendee has to visit each booth for a stamp in order to enter the big drawing: win your weight in wine!
  • Chef, pastry chef, culinary student, sommelier and mixology contests using products from the Festival exhibitors for added product & brand visibility
  • Each exhibitor will receive a three minute 360 degree LA Epicurean Festival DVD for you to share on your website, Facebook and other avenues or you can choose to have a professional video created just for you at a small additional fee.

Q:How many people will be attending this year?
A:We are expecting 1500 attendees from the public and approximately 750 from the trade. Because we don’t charge admission from the trade or qualified press, it makes it easy to stop by.
Q:Do I need a retail license?
A:You can either bring your merchandize to sell on-site or take orders. For those who need to clear wines or spirits, we have a retail license which we can use to clear your alcoholic beverages for a nominal fee. Please contact us for more details.
Q:Where can I stay if I’m not local?
A:We have arranged for special pricing at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Downtown Los Angeles, located at 120 S. Los Angeles St, LA 90012, just steps away from the VIBIANA.
